UrbanBosk is a young, premium shoe brand run by a family of three sisters and based in Birmingham.
I was initially introduced to the family with a view to advise on social media for the brand. Following a more extensive audit of the existing brand, website, social presence and beyond, I pitched a new direction and was brought on board in a more holistic capacity, advising on a website overhaul and redesign, creating new copy and product descriptions and also creating a suggested approach for social media content (taking into account limited brand imagery and assets and sourcing relevant stock imagery).
As well as multiple one-on-one meetings and calls with the clients, I worked closely with the website designer to enhance the already existing site and ensure copy was placed and tailored properly.
